Following our letter of
the 7th of February (copies available) we are pleased
to be using,
“New labels” on our “Fat Free”
Organic yogurt.
The first customers have received these this week.
The new red label colour, and style matches that of
our recently introduced “skimmed organic milk”
as it has the lowest possible fat level.
The new labelling also highlights that whilst it is
the same,
Traditional farmhouse style “organically produced”
yogurt we have been making for over a year,
We have added further cultures to make it “Probiotic”.
Lactobacillus is widely thought to enhance your bodies
natural defences and is from the group of cultures that,
Makes the difference between a traditional “Bio”
yogurt and a Probiotic” one.
Specifically we are using Lactobacillus acidophilus!
Bifidobacterium is the culture we have previously used
to make our “Bio” yoghurt. This together
with Streptococcus Thermophilus makes the traditional
Riverford Farm Dairy yogurt that so many customers have
been enjoying
